Return Policy

At Open Bar Candles, we take pride in creating luxury, highly fragranced candles with exceptional quality. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused candles that are in their original condition and original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, used or burned candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or an incorrect item was received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

How It Works

  1. Clean your empty Open Bar Candles jars by removing any remaining wax.
  2. Ship or bring the jars back to us following the recycling instructions provided on our website.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned jars, we’ll email you a 30% discount code.

Recycling Reward

Receive 30% OFF your next purchase when:

  • You return eligible Open Bar Candles jars, and
  • Your next order includes two (2) or more candles.

Program Terms

  • Discount is valid on future purchases only.
  • The 30% discount applies to qualifying orders of two or more candles.
  • One recycling discount may be redeemed per qualifying order unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Returned jars become the property of Open Bar Candles and will be cleaned, repurposed, or responsibly recycled.
  • Open Bar Candles reserves the right to modify or discontinue the recycling rewards program at any time.
